This makes me feel lucky. Studying at the University of Malta is FREE!! Not only that you get a monthly stipend of $100 (it was $200 up to 3 years ago *sniff*) and at the beginning fo 1st year you get $1000 to help towards books and supplies. University of Malta

I'm a 1st year at the Universiry of Malta Medical Schools just started in October.
5 years sure seem a lot.
