I have interacted with many students at the CWRU:SOM and they all seem to love it. They apparently use a problem-based learning method of teaching there, which I understand is becoming more popular nowadays. MD schools are going to be real tough with that GPA...DO schools are a little more in reach, however, you will need to get at, at least, a 28 on the MCAT to make yourself viable.
