Application time course

Hey all, I was just wondering how long it took on average before everyone heard back about interviews/rejections after sending in your secondaries. So far, most of my secondaries were sent in ranging from 1-2.5 months ago, and I have only been offered 1 interview and received 1 rejection from those....

Anyone else heard from Case Western?

I was curious as to the standard timline for interviews. I figured that it usually takes months between submitting the secondary and hearing about an interview. Case western invited me for an interview less than two weeks after I sent my secondary. Is this a good sign that they are really interested...

Am I too late in the game?

I am just getting in most of my secondaries now, and my commitee letter has already been sent out. Am I far enough behind that I can really jeopardize my chances? The delay was mostly cause by the committee letter, but I did get a little focused on work instead of secondaries.
