It is all over the news, the simple habit of washing hands can save lives. Make sure that you get into the habit and remember to do the proper steps.

It seems that the flu season is getting to be serious this year. I already read 3 articles that says there is an increase in people having the flu-like symptoms and some doctors have already requested for more flu vaccines. Hope that the health care personnel will also be protected.

It is New Year and it is time to look forward to new possibilities ahead. Hopefully, there are more positive things than negative ones.
