it's also important to mention that your location (e.g. state, area), position, and any extra certifications can influence how much you earn. the biggest thing that affects your salary is what state you live in however

Unfortunately the stigma that nurses are nothing more than assistants to doctors is very true, and in that, a sense of powerlessness arises. Doctors are seen as the ones with the most authority when nurses know and understand things just as well.

i think the best suggestion is to leave the stress at the workplace, and live a normal life when you get home
