Have you considered European schools? I can fill you on a bit on Polish, Hungarian, and Czech Schools.

They cost quite a bit less, provide a good education, and offer a lot that the islands don't.

No, it won't matter. In most of the rest of the world, the people teach their children to smoke.
The U.S. is the only place where we treat smokers like lepers and seek to punish them, otherwise.
Besides, there's no serological test for nicotine (or anything else in cigarettes).

As far as being the WHO directory, you can find that out by looking at the ECFMG website ( and looking in IMED.

If you're interested in practicing in India, you should look at European medical schools, such as Poland, the Czech Republic, or Hungary.
