I'm also confused about LORs from professors

Also, when my professors make LOR for me, do they mail it to AMCAS, where it gets uploaded to their central database and distributed to all my schools of choice, or do I need my professors to make ~10 copies of their LOR - one for each school that I'm applying to?

I have released my transcript records from the 2 colleges that I attended (my undergraduate and graduate schools, respectively) to AMCAS.
