Both will give a more realistic idea of your chances with your scores.

Sorry, I completely misread your previous post! There are physician-scientists who work 1-2 days a week in clinic and the rest running a lab. It's tough though. You might get protected time at the beginning, or if you "buy out" your clinic time with grants. It's a transition that has to be...
