Whether medical schools/residency programs are doing social media checks or not, I definitely would do regular surveys and purging of your social media profiles. Anything with a hint of being questionable you should remove. It just isn't good if patients/attendings/future employers perceive you poor...

So I asked multiple people in our medical education office, and they agree that 2-3 sentence descriptions are all that is necessary, and that partial sentences our ideal.
