What do you mean by saying MD will be too much as opposed to DO? As a current DO medical student, I can tell you that my program is as tough as my friend's, who is in a state MD program. It is medical school, period.

I am an in state student applying to UWSOM, and 2/3 of the in state applicants get an interview. My mentor from the operating room said that if I get an interview, I could get accepted as he knew a 3rd year student who matriculated with a 2.6 and a 29 mcat.
