How about Ireland?
I have a couple of friends (a married coupled) who both graduated from University College-Dublin...and they're both practicing medicine here, now.
The program, however, is 5 years in Irish and UK schools.

There are nearly 6,000 graduates of Ross actually practicing in the U.S.
To me, that seems to say a lot; specifically, they're good at producing doctors.

For the closest thing to the original osteopathic philosophy, look to A.T. University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. It's also the top rated for rural training.

About half of the osteopathic schools are private. Private schools cost more than public ones (at least in terms of tuition paid by students). Pikeville College is you get the idea. If however, you have iffy grades or MCAT scores, or whatever, and if you take into account the oppurtunit...
