I am interested in pursuing med school, either allopathic or osteopathic but would need a post bacc program first. Here are my stats so far:
BA 3.3 (English)
MA 3.59 (English)
JD 3.07
I have not yet taken the MCAT but have a good track record on standardized tests (passed the Bar the first time out, got a respectable 155 on the LSATS even after skipping an entire section.)
Will schools care about the 3.07 from law school? Will having gone to law school hurt my chances of getting in or will it more likely be a help? I don't want to spend a year or two taking science courses if I have no hope of going anywhere.
Thanks.
should I try for it?

Thanks.
1.) Yes-they care about all of your grades
2.) I don't know for sure, but I doubt it'll hurt.
3.) You'll need to take the prereqs for med school which can be a year or more's worth of classes.
