Assessing Occupational Burnout

Post by ericks92 »

I am conducting a study as part of a research class at Michigan Technological University studying nurses' experience with personal and career related stress and burnout.  This study is not being conducted or sponsored directly by your employer. I am seeking unpaid volunteers who are currently-working, or have previously worked, as nurses or nurse practitioners, to participate in an anonymous online survey taking 20-25 minutes to complete. Your participation will be unpaid, voluntary, and anonymous. No identifying information will be recorded.  However, summarized results of the study (that do not identify you directly or directly link your results to your employer) may be made public and shared with health care facilities to help them understand these issue revealed in this study.  If you would be willing to participate, please visit the following URL http://goo.gl/forms/SSTjEedv1f or contact me at bnericks@mtu.edu
