A good Medical Spell Check?

I usually use Google when searching for how correctly spell medical and drug names. Do you guys know of a program that works inside of Word or other programs?

I used microsoft word under the review section you find spelling and grammar check (requires internet connection) which can help you with most of chemical/ drug names. There is also a text to speech option under customize quick access toolbar > speak > add to list and you are done. Select the text you want to listen and click the play button on the top left corner.
