This makes me feel lucky.
Studying at the University of Malta is FREE!! Not only that you get a monthly stipend of $100 (it was $200 up to 3 years ago *sniff*) and at the beginning fo 1st year you get $1000 to help towards books and supplies. Also it's a good university and I go back home everyday since Malta is a small island and living with parents makes it easier too.
