DO to MD

Can we transfer like i become a DO and then want to get MD degree, who can u do that??

No you can't do that, but why would you want to? They're pretty much the exact same thing.

I think there is a shady Carib school that'll "convert" your DO to a MD.

In terms of transfers, it practically unheard of even to transfer b/w MD schools. Most med schools do not accept transfers as a policy. Even the ones that do can only accept transfers if one of their own students drop out. I imagine the adjustment from DO to MD schools would be immense and quite frankly there's just no time in med school for adjustment.

WOW to take the USMLE you do not need a MD degree

DO grads can sit for the USMLE since its the same

the reverse is not true, MD students cannot sit for the Comlex.

DO students who take the USMLE can match in DO and MD residencies.

Do not make this harder then it is, DO = Physician just like MD

There are three degrees that = Physician: MD/DO/MBBS all three of these are equal and are Medical Doctors.
