Medical College Track Program

Post by ACA »

According to the American Academy of Medical Colleges (AAMC), “Medical schools are looking for the finest minds and the most motivated students who have a strong and demonstrated interest in working with people. It takes a special type of person to even dream of a career in medicine, and it takes hard work and commitment to make it to medical school. Today, about half of those who apply are accepted—and more than 96 percent of entering medical students go on to obtain their MD.” Many of the 50% who were not accepted into medical school are highly qualified, but were unable to secure a medical school seat simply due to lack of availability. For those who were unable to secure a medical school seat, there is an alternative yet direct path into an American-based international medical school, Advanced Medical Assistant-Medical College Track program (AMA-MCT).

PROGRAM SUMMARY – This program is designed for students who are considering entry into an offshore medical school. With more than 10 years of experience in assisting offshore medical school graduates with gaining entry into U.S. medical residency programs and subsequent medical licensure, the Senior Medical Staff at Advanced Colleges of America will help each student decide if medicine is the correct path for him/her by first becoming an Advanced Medical Assistant (AMA – MST Program), then securing direct entrance into one of the most respected American based international medical schools. Utilizing some of the fundamental components of education obtained in medical schools, graduates of this program are able to acquire advanced primary care specialization in the fields of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics; in addition to the most up-to-date and interactive online didactics designed to provide students with the skill sets needed to perform successfully during medical school.
