Online courses for future doctors do not exist, it is impossible. If you want to learn something new about your specialization, you should read books, there are written a lot of interesting things. You can also watch videos on Youtube, you will be surprised how much information there is. If you are a student, ask the teacher.

If you are interested in being a doctor you could read some books about anatomy (you'd read a lot of them in a university). But try to visit a few live lectures or lessons, it is the best.
If you don't know who you want to be you could try som free strengths tests across the internet.
