To deal with insomnia, engage in regular exercises and prefer morning time for workouts. Create your sleep schedule, manage stress and avoid stimulants. Eat fruits and vegetables ore in your meal plans and avoid eating shortly before going to bed.

I just turn on the television or listen to music or probably read books then I fall into sleep. :)

When I can't sleep I'll get my book and read. Sometimes I watch movie. It is so funny that when I woke up in the morning, the book is at my chest or if I watched a movie the TV is turned on until morning.
