Which schools in Southeastern US?

Which schools in Southeastern US?

Which of the DO schools are the best in the Southeastern U.S. and what are my chances with the following stats?

Undgrad Major in Biomedical Sciences with Minor in Business
GPA: 3.1

Master of Science in Veterinary Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine
GPA: 3.5

Presently working with neuro and orthopedic surgeons as a Neural Physiologist with CNIM (Certification in Neural Intraoperative Monitoring) performing neural monitoring in the OR

MCAT: 26

500+ hours of volunteering

Not great but since the Masters is a 3.5 I think DO is a decent shot.

I do not know the list off the top of my head but I would say just apply to 10 or more, you should get interviews. :wink:

i agree with caribMD. i would apply to more schs. dont limit urself with geographical location unless u have a very good reason

Nova Southeastern is in Fort Lauderdale Florida. As far as I know the only other in the region is a school in Dallas/Fort Worth area whose name I don't know.
